The Harbour Beach Resort is a tourist class; eight-story condo-hotel located about 6 miles from Daytona Beach International Airport. The hotel's location in the central beach area makes it the perfect choice for couples and families. The Harbour Beach allows college students 19 years and over to check in. Everyone in the party must be over 19. Each student must provide a security deposit of $100.00 in cash upon arrival, which will be refunded at chec-kout pending a room inspection. Each guest who would prefer to use the pool must provide a $50.00 pool key deposit to be paid in cash on arrival. This deposit will be refunded when pool key is returned at check-out.
